Sponsored Review: Hada Labo Cleansing Oil

Photobucket
Introducing new Hada Labo Cleansing Oil with Pure Olive Oil very gentle and no unnecessary additives.
Photobucket
Formulated with high purity Olive Oil, Hada Labo Hydrating Cleansing Oil helps to gently remove dirt, oil and heavy makeup effortlessly. It is a 1-step makeup remover that can also remove tough, waterproof mascara and eye liner.

The 2 key ingredients are 1) High Purity Olive Oil and 2) Super Hyaluronic Acid. The Ultra Pure Olive Oil ensures high performance cleansing, and yet is very gentle with no irritation to skin. Super Hyaluronic Acid gives 2X more moisture than normal hyaluronic acid, where 1g can retain 12 litres of water, giving you refreshing smoothness after cleansing.

It is also water soluble and does not leave any greasy residue, stickiness or dryness on your face after cleansing. Faithful to Hada Labo’s ‘PERFECT X SIMPLE’ philosophy, it does not contain Mineral Oil which is harmful to the skin and clogs pores, unlike other Cleansing Oils in the market.

Review with photo <3Photobucket

Make up used for review:
Kiss me heroine volume mascara (this is super hard to remove, so be wise to get a good cleansing oil)
Maybelline gel liner
Kate eye pencil
Benefit concealer

Personal thought:
Well, another amazing product from Hada Labo. I'm pretty happy with the results after using it.
This has no fragrance and I'm not very hype over scent for skincare stuff. Removing eye makeup is easy with little rubbing on eyelashes, not harsh overall. Felt perfectly good(on my skin) tgt with my cleansing foam, no dry/draggy feeling. I gotta admit this is one of the best cleansing oil I have ever used. You gotta try this!

Scent: None
Texture: What else can i say, it's a cleansing oil.
Feel: Felt super great, soft (it must be the Super Hyaluronic Acid!)
Price: $20.90

There is another make up remover by Hada Labo which is the water-based and suitable for removing light make up. They are all available at Watsons, Guardian, Fairprice and other major departmental stores.

Look! Amethystory is here!

Photobucket
Amethyst, a semi-precious gemstone, is a violet variety of the quartz often used in jewelry. It has a unique colour and this gemstone is often believed to be a natural tranquilizer for dispelling intoxication, relieving stress, soothing irritation, balancing mood and inspiring the intellect. In fact, the origins of the name came from the Ancient Greek word ‘amethystos’ meaning ‘not intoxicated’, a reference to the belief that the stone protects its owner from negativity. A large number of further miraculous powers are attributed to the amethyst in all sorts of cultures, including bringing you good luck and abundance.

For thousands of years, known more commonly as the representative of the February birthstone, this gemstone has been a jewel coveted by royalties in history and more recently, made available to the larger population. Even Moses has once described it as a symbol of the Spirit of Greater Powers and the Russian Empress Catherine the Great sent thousands of miners into the Urals to look for it.
Amethyst is well known as a natural aid for our body. It produces small, detectable magnetic field & emits beneficial far infrared radiation & negative ions that enhance circulation, promote anti-oxidation & rejuvenate skin cells, all of which are essential to help smoothen & beautify skin.

A coveted gem desired for its power to heal and rejuvenate, this purple quartz gemstone, Amethyst, is uniquely incorporated into the latest skincare series from Amethystory which contains real amethyst granules with triple functions: Cell-rejuvenation, anti-oxidation & promotion of micro blood circulation for a healthier and more luminous skin. This could be more than a fairytale come true!

Let the brand new story begins.

My Chapter in Amethystory
Photobucket
I will be doing reviews on these 3 products.
Photobucket
Starting with the star buy product, Mineral Aqua Gel, a huge rave on removing layer of dead skin. FYI, I always love to check out the scent of the product and prefer mild or no fragrance especially when it comes to skincare products. I supposed this should have no fragrance but somehow, it does have. (confused...) Okay skip that, it has an inviting scent, light to medium, not overwhelming. First thought when I applied this on my hand, it was like putting on just water with "runny" texture. While doing the circulating massage motion, it has started to form small flakes. It can also be used on other parts of body like elbows, kneecaps, etc. Love Huge! Bye to my dead skin!

Scent: Light to Medium
Texture: Aqua is the word.
Feel: Moist and clean after usage.
Price: 150ml Price: $24.90

Sample redemption for Mineral Aqua Gel is available below with a click, continue to scroll till end.

First attempt on my bubble facial wash. Foamy, the same scent as the aqua gel.
I have a rather dry and combination skin type so finding right face wash is important.
After using bubble face wash, felt clean and smooth. (kinda enjoy on this soft creamy foam applies on my face)
In general, it's pleasing but the part for "intense hydration on skin" doesn't work well for me. The con is that I have this slight skin-tight feeling after using, so by a toner/moisturiser should solve this small problem.
Well, it may work for you! Don't worry :)

Scent: Light to Medium
Texture: Foam, light.
Feel: Skin is tight after usage, best to use with your toner/moisturiser after wash in my case.
Price: 160ml Price: $14.90

Photobucket
It is very common to find hyaluronic acid skincare because of its super high content of moisture. I have used this as my last step in my skin care routine. Slowly pat on your skin until it has fully absorbed.
It is non greasy and sits well on my skin. I can't see if there is radiance yet after using 3 days, still going on.
(No picture taken)

Scent: Light to Medium
Texture: Non-greasy, quick absorption.
Feel: Blends well after patting, no negative sign shown (such as breakout)
Price: 150ml Price: $19.90

End of my chapter. Now, let's work on yours!
