Sharing my gmarket experience using DPD delivery service from Korea to SGP.

I've made my order on 1st Feb and by the way, this is my first time buying stuffs from this seller. The seller has acknowledged my payment and mailed out on 5th Feb with a tracking number given at a later time. After a week, I've started to get a little impatient and worried that it might be lost in transit bc the tracking system was not updating. Until few days back, the tracking system finally updated that my parcel had already arrived at SGP since 11th Feb and there was no delivery, no news, no phone call at all. That was so distressing lor! I really hate (that kind of feeling of) not to receive my thing on time.
I have seen many feedbacks that other buyers had received their stuffs since 13th Feb except me. -_- With a little pissed off mood, I made a call to dpex which was once DPD's singapore agent and the CS told me that they're no longer DPD's agent. SO LOST lar. Now, I have to google to check the who is their new agent and heng ah, my effort paid off after browsing like half an hour. In case if you do need the number for checking your DPD parcel, you can try calling this number 6546-9866 (roku go yon roku no kyu hachi roku roku) The CS will need your last 4 digits from your tracking number. Back to topic, this CS told me my parcel was supposed to send out on 15th Feb but it didn't due to busy period. How can like this lor! (pui!)
